First 24 hours on the road…

Break in Flagstaff at Macy’s Coffee Shop.

We just arrived in Utah Lake RV campground and are sitting at a picnic table under the trees enjoying the cool. Our first 24 hours on the road has been about adjusting to the living together in the Guppy as opposed to just the idea of it. There is also adjusting to driving the van, finding our route (we only got detoured once in Flagstaff) and discovering how to communicate with each other. I guess it isn’t different than starting any sort of “community type” living. There has been a lot of laughter and some adjustments. No doubt there will be more.

Checking out the accommodations for the evening…

Sounds like it’s just another type of roommate situation that requires adjusting to one another. Have fun.

Yes, you sure are sharing an exercise in communal living! Pretty sure you will place a high value on spaciousness in long term communal living arrangements. Guess one of you can always go up on the roof of the guppy if you need some extra space… Buckle up 😉 and swim straight!

Thinking of you both while you’re on this fantastic journey and looking forward to reading more of your blog.
